1994 U.S.Treasury Ornament
The U.S. Treasury Historical Association commemorates the Centennial of the production of postage stamps at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing. In the earliest years, the Bureau of Engraving and Printing's physical facilities for preforming work were divided between the basement and the attic of the Treasury Building, next to the White House. Dumbwaiters were used to transport paper and printed secutities between the two locations.
